I have been so busy with all the changes in my life over the last year.

Randy and took up kayaking in addition to our SCUBA diving adventures. With the water levels so low in our part of TX it’s been nice to have something to do when the diving isn’t great.

The biggest news is I no longer work for the school district. I got a call from a consulting company looking for someone with my skill set to work for a company that I have always wanted to work for…and with all the uncertainty in public education I decided to jump at it. So, for the last few months I’ve been busy working at NewTek and enjoying every second of it.

The diving club has kinda fallen off, mostly I think because of the drought making river diving kinda crummy. Hopefully we will get some rain this winter and get back on the weekly dives.

We’re taking another trip to Cozumel this Spring and I can’t wait! I bought a new 13″ MacBook Pro so I can better work with my underwater videos while in the field.

So, that’s all the news that’s fit to post for now. I’ll try to keep up with this better….no promises.

Of course, you can still view the desktop theme any time you wish by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and toggling the Mobile Theme switch.

I’m still without money for the time I had to rent the car, but hopefully I’ll get paid back eventually for that.
